Wimberley Lavender Farm
Open weekends 9-5. Lavender lemonade and lavender ice-cream for sale...U-pick, gift shop, everything made on the farm. Organic Home grown tomatoes, peaches, plums, beets and other herbs and produce for sale as well. Wimberley Lavender Farm is situated on a beautiful Texas hilltop midway between Blanco and Wimberley on FM 2325. Find directions here: Map (click here)
The Farm's Summer Schedule Karen and O'Neil Provost have thousands of mature plants of the Provence variety and have planted several new varieties as well. During lavender bloom season (thru mid July), visit the farm (call for information and hours), cut your own lavender or walk the lavender labyrinth with more than 500 plants lining the path. Sip refreshing lavender lemonade, sit on a swing and look over an amazing view, visit with their gentle longhorn cows, or toss feed to the chickens - it's a great break from the city and the Provosts look forward to seeing you. |
